The statutorily defined professional designations of audit firm (“Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft”) and accounting or tax accounting firm (“Steuerberatungsgesellschaft”) were officially awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany.

On 17 December 2010 the Chamber of Chartered Accountants (Public Accounts) issued certification of our participation in the quality control system under section 57a, paragraph 6, sentence 7 of the Auditors Statutes (WPO). This certification applies up through 9 June 2017.

The firm is registered in the form of a professional partnership (Partnerschaftsgesellschaft) with the Partnership Register of Essen Local Court under the number of PR 685.
